Arlene Wessel Executive Director/Administrator awessel@bluevalleyhealthcare.com "My job at Blue Valley Health Care brings me in touch with people on a personal level. When you are involved in caring for people, you have the privilege of being allowed into their lives. My work here has given me a deep connection with so many people that I never would have met otherwise." Arlene is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator as well as a Registered Nurse. She has over 30 years’ experience in the long term care field--- over 25 of these being a nursing home administrator. The balance of her long term care experience has been as a charge nurse, nurse aide instructor, Director of Nursing, and Consultant --- flavoring her leadership style with equal doses of compassion, science, and common sense. Arlene has been the Administrator of both Cambridge Place and Blue Valley Senior Living since 2004.

Julie Fox Assistant Administrator/Admissions Coordinator "My position at Blue Valley Senior Living allows me to assist family members in making decisions to enhance the quality of life for their loved one." Julie, a Registered Nurse, began her career as a certified nurse aide over 20 years ago. After becoming an RN she has had long term care experience as a charge nurse, MDS Coordinator, and Director of Nursing. She has been the Assistant Administrator at Blue Valley Senior Living since 2006.
